Sling Community Hub is a friendly, welcoming community venue in the heart of the Forest of Dean, bringing people together through entertainment, events and a great social atmosphere.

There’s always something happening at Sling, with a varied programme of events throughout the year. We host live music and entertainment, comedy nights, general knowledge quizzes, themed evenings, sports screenings, discos, family-friendly events, seasonal celebrations and much more. Our regular events are designed to offer something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a fun night out with friends, a family afternoon or simply somewhere friendly to enjoy a drink and meet people.

As a community-focused venue, we’re proud to support local entertainment, businesses and organisations, while creating a space where people from the local area can come together. We also offer private room hire for parties, celebrations, meetings and other occasions, with flexible spaces and bar facilities available.
